LokPix is an innovative Photo application for Android smartphones that gives you a large measure of privacy for your pictures. If you phone is stolen or the contents downloaded, the encrypted photos are safe.
Capture a picture with the built-in camera, and it's saved to the SD card in an encrypted format. Import photos that arrive via email or SMS, and export secure pictures to share with others. Includes a built-in Gallery with photo Viewer.

Full Version
This is the full version of LokPix. It has the following additional features:
- Professional 128-bit AES/CBC encryption with secure password hashing.
- No inherent limit on the number of pictures - as many as your SD card can hold. Note that the Gallery will get a bit slower when you have more than a couple of hundred pictures on an SD card.
- LokPixPro can read photos saved by the Lite version (if you have the correct passkeys).
- Photos of nearly unlimited size may be Imported or Exported (as long as you have space on the SD card). The Viewer is currently limited to displaying images of 2194K bytes or less (G-1 memory limitations).
- LokPixPro will properly read JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP image formats. Imported pictures will export in the same format that they were originally (no lossy image conversions).
Be sure to read the Manual and the FAQ. Especially if you have questions on the passkey handling.
If you forget your passkey(s), there is no way to recover your photos! There are NO backdoors in the legal version of this program!

Due to the stronger encryption incorporated into LokPixPro, distribution is limited to the United States. Transferring this version of LokPixPro outside the United States is strictly prohibited. Ref. EAR 742.15(a), Title 15 Code of Federal Regulations.
Note: There are pirated copies of version 1.17 floating around the unsavory areas of the Internet. Some copies have been modified to place a backdoor in the encryption, others have been found to be infected with a trojan. If you didn't buy your copy from the Android Market, then you are sadly on your own. Good luck.
Compatability
LokPixPro can
View (and Export) images created by
LokPixLite,
if you know the passkey that they were created under. This is a one-way street - LokPixLite can
NOT decode images created with LokPixPro under
any circumstances.
Converting existing Lite photos to the more-secure Pro encryption will require Exporting them, then Importing under a new passkey.
You are encouraged to download and test LokPixLite for free to see if LokPix meets your needs, before purchasing LokPixPro. Changes:
